Flying for your Production

What most clients want to know first is "What is it going to cost to fly my production?"  To make it simple to get a quote we have created a simple "Request for Quote" form. All you need to do is download, complete, and fax or email to us at sales@d2flying.com.  This form is designed to give us the information that we need to quickly provide you with a quote. We recommend that you request a quote at least 6 months prior to your event.

A contract and deposit is required to secure the equipment that will be required for your production.  We recommend you contract 3-4 months before your production to avoid premium equipment and travel expenses.
       
After you have signed a contract we will contact you for more information that we will need to help make your production a success.  This may include more detailed measurements, pictures, and copies of your scripts and scenic design. You will be given access to our Client Page which contains information on harnesses, set recommendations, schedules, and other resources to help you prepare for your production. Our job is to make your job easier so if you have any questions, just ask.
